Fourth meeting of the Evolution of Creativity art group. Federal Heights, Colorado February 4, 2010
On a poster board, Robert had drawn several random images.
- A couple dancing
- A zipper
- Clasped hands
- A naked couple kissing
- A puppet and his master
- An electric socket
- A pipe diagram
- Picture of a dog high fiving a hand.
The goal was to 'connect' all the images together. I don't know if that was achieved, but we had fun exploring different ways to create.
We used acrylic paint, chalk, glue gun, sequins, felt, markers, and a googley eye to enhance the drawn images.
The original drawing is of a man and woman kissing. I added a shadowed skull, a wispy heart and wings.
I quite like it!!
Completed collective piece.
I also added the thick black lines on opposite ends, and tinted the dog and hand with watered down acrylic paint. I added dimension to the zipper pull and other various glittery strands.

Robert and Christina put some of my fabric around a large wooden spool that I brought. They added a skull ring and left over fibers from Liz's favorite scarf.
Lisa and I took a cat from Liz's junk added sequined backed googley eyes, wings and a special Mexican donkey as a pet. Wired on some more bangles and glitz, podged the words "Things not to feel guilty about" around the base and walla - ART!
We actually got an offer to trade from a well renowned fine art guy! We turned him down.
